Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in had a nice view of the mountains and the ballpark, but it was not as upgraded as expected for the price I paid. The location was convenient for walking around and exploring craft beer brewpubs, but it was a bit complicated. The service was friendly overall, although there were some issues with communication and billing. The dining options were good but a bit pricey.
I found the hotel's rooms to be nicely appointed and clean, with an attractive retro Art Deco design. The beds were cozy, but the view from the room was directly into a baseball court nearby. The breakfast had a Mexican touch and the little pool deck was close to the highway. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service and ensure a warm and inviting stay. The location was convenient for accessing downtown El Paso's attractions, although there was some construction causing inconvenience. The dining experience fell short of expectations, but the hotel's free shuttle service and other amenities were appreciated.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, meeting Hilton standards, but some damage was noticeable, and renovations are needed. Despite being charged $160 per night, the quality did not match a luxury hotel. The breakfast had an ok Mexican touch, and the cozy beds offered a good rest, although the view straight into a baseball court was not ideal. The close proximity to a construction site and the highway noise were drawbacks.
